AI automation for Small to Medium Sized Business in 90 Days.

Three components. One operating system.

This AI Operating System isn't a single tool. It's three interconnected capabilities that work together to give an owner real-time command over their business.

01

Upskilled Reporting

DATA TO INTELLIGENCE

Find your data, your customers, competitors, and company data all gets indexed, researched, and reported automatically. Sales vets leads better. Margins hold. Decisions get made on facts, not gut feel.

02

Knowledge Base (Brain)

CHAOS TO CLARITY

Document your business knowledge — SOPs, processes, customer intel, competitive data — gets captured in a searchable knowledge base. Daily and weekly reports surface what matters. Your team stops operating from memory and starts operating from systems.

03

AI Employees

SAVE TIME, FIND REVENUE

Productivity increases as AI handles first drafts, research, emails, reports, and social content. Your team internalizes capabilities that used to require outside vendors — at a fraction of the cost.

Best thing is, you will be building an AI-native foundation that will continue to be future-ready regardless of who you might choose to use later.

THE PROGRAM

Three phases. Each one pays for the next.

This is not an IT technology project. It's a business transformation structured as a 90-day sprint with a clear deliverable at each milestone. Each phase generates visible ROI before the next one begins.

Onboarding

Readiness Snapshot, Business Audit, Sprint Design

Phase 1 - Foundation (Data, AI Brain, + First AI Employees)

This is the AI command center that powers every other phase. In the first 30 days, we set up your workspace, build your first AI employees, connect/build your CRM, and stand up your LLM Knowledge Base (business brain).

Phase 2 - Strengthen (Web, SEO + Institutional Intelligence)

We connect your AI to your website, expand your business brain, and set up your AI-driven key SOPs. This is where your web presence starts working harder and your institutional knowledge stops living in people’s heads.

Phase 3 - Amplify (Social Media + System Optimizations)

Phase 3 activates your social presence and tightens the system you've built. Handles up to three social channels. Your AI writes the content, you approve and it goes. Up to one other system moves to the next level, TBD.

Pricing: Founding pricing: $15,000 for our first Sprints. Rises to $22,000 after our first three successful Sprints. All 3 spots currently open. Add-on features are scoped at the Strategy Call; most Sprint clients land between $90 and $130/month vendor spend depending on which channels and integrations they include.

Tool costs are billed directly to you from the providers — not marked up by us.

After the Sprint: You own it. Run it yourself, or add the optional Care Plan and we keep your AI Employees sharp — with a live dashboard and a quarterly true-up that can lower your price.

WHAT YOU'RE ALREADY PAYING

You're probably already paying for much of this — just to the wrong people.

Most $500k–$50M businesses pay outside vendors for some combination of these services every month. This program replaces them — not with cheaper alternatives, but with AI-powered operations that run faster, never miss deadlines, can coordinate together, and improve over time.

Table titled What You're Already Paying: typical monthly cost of outside help for a $2M–$10M business. Marketing agency $3,500; SEO specialist $2,000; Content writer $1,500; Social media manager $1,500; Paid ads management $1,500; Freelance graphic designer $800; Email newsletter $500; Answering service / speed-to-lead $600; Appointment setting / SDR $3,500; Customer support help desk $2,000; Virtual assistant / admin $2,500; Bookkeeping and AP/AR $1,500; BI tool and reporting $1,000; Website maintenance $500. Full stack totals about $22,900 a month — roughly $274,800 a year. Typical 2026 market rates; few businesses buy all fourteen.

The program starts to pay for itself by stopping these recurring and often overlapping bills before you ever count a single hour of operating savings.

GROUNDED IN PUBLISHED RESEARCH

These projections aren't aspirational. They're conservative.

The +2% revenue growth and +6 points of margin improvement assumptions are modest compared to what the research actually reports:

91% of AI-adopting SMBs report revenue lift. Companies with an efficiency culture grow at 33% vs. 3% for non-adopters.

AI CRM implementation increases lead conversion rates up to 300%, sales up 29%, forecast accuracy up 42%.

CRM returns $8.71 for every $1 spent. Data accessibility shortens sales cycles 8–14%.

A 5% improvement in customer retention produces up to 95% improvement in profits.

Early AI adopters achieving 6–10% revenue acceleration; 88% already seeing ROI (3,466 executives surveyed).

AI-powered content marketing delivers 3× more leads at 62% lower cost than traditional marketing.
