Frequently asked questions
No. It's a business transformation structured as a 90-day sprint. There's no custom code, no server to stand up, no IT department dependency. The tools are already out there. The work is connecting them to your business and training your team to use them.
We'll pick one with you in week one. Most of our clients end up on HubSpot Free, Pipedrive, or whatever they already have. The program fee covers the selection and setup — no extra charge.
Not on day one. We build your AI-powered operation in parallel. You cancel when the documented output from your agent fleet matches or exceeds what the agency is delivering — usually by day 45. Some clients keep a specialized vendor for one thing and cancel everything else.
Your team. We train a designated operator inside your company — usually someone already on staff — and hand off a written playbook, and you own the whole system. If you'd rather we keep your AI Employees sharp, the optional Care Plan does that, starting at $750/month, with a live dashboard and a quarterly true-up that can lower your Care Plan price. Either way, it's your system to run.
The AI Operating System is designed around capabilities, not a single vendor. If Claude stops being the best, we swap the model and keep the agents, knowledge base, and workflows. That's why it's called an operating system, not a product.
Not very. If your team can use Gmail and a CRM, they can operate this. The interface is chat. The agents do the work.
We know how to keep PHI and PII out of the training loop and use zero-retention endpoints when required. If your industry needs it, we scope it before the fit call.
Because agencies charge for the work. We charge for the connection. Once your CRM, website, and knowledge base are connected to AI, the work cost is drastically reduced.
Businesses under $500K in revenue usually don't have enough operational complexity to need this — An AI + a simple workflow is often enough. Businesses over $50M usually need a more involved engagement than a 90-day sprint, and that's another conversation. And if you're looking for a 'set it and forget it' solution with no team involvement, this isn't it — the operator on your side is doing 3–5 hours a week for the first 60 days.
A 60-minute fit call. We walk through your current vendor spend, your team's workload, your CRM, and your website. If the program fits, we give you a one-page proposal within 48 hours. If it doesn't, we tell you that too — and could point you somewhere that will.
The core AI platform runs typically about $90/month. After that, keeping your AI Employees sharp is optional. If you want us to manage them — monitoring, model updates, tuning, a live dashboard — the Care Plan runs $750–$2,750/month depending on your size, with a quarterly true-up that can lower your price when the system runs clean. Most owners with three or more AI Employees take it; plenty with one or two run it themselves. Never required.
