AI READINESS ASSESSMENT · $999

If you are serious about doing this, the Assessment is free.

The $999 AI Readiness Assessment pays for itself before we build anything: 100% credits toward the 90-Day Sprint development fee if you commit within 60 days of receiving your written report. Either way you walk away with a 10-to-15-page report and a 60-minute strategy call built specifically for your business.

My guarantee: if the report cannot show you at least 10 hours a week, or $2,000 a month, worth reclaiming, itemized with the math shown, you pay nothing. Full refund within 14 days.

Most buyers who run the Assessment commit to the Sprint inside 30 days. The 60-day window is a safety net, not a sales tactic.

Why pay $999 when the Peek is free?

The free Peek shows you a list. The Assessment shows you the math, the plan, and the order. The Peek is built from your answers to a five-minute form. Good if you are curious. The Assessment is for owners who already know they want AI in the business and need a real plan before spending bigger money.

If you read the Peek and thought "interesting, but I need to know more before I commit," this is the next step.

What you get.

  • A 30-minute discovery call with us — we walk through your business, your team, your current outside spend, revenue leaks and what is actually eating senior-team time.

  • A 10-to-15-page written report, delivered within 7 business days of the call. Owner-friendly language. No filler.

  • Vendor spend audit — line by line, what you pay for and what AI replaces.

  • AI Employee shortlist — the three roles that matter most in your first 90 days, ranked by ROI.

  • Estimated hours saved and dollars saved per role — owner math, not percentages.

  • Estimated revenue leak capture projections.

  • Recommendations for reducing legacy vendor spend.

  • Build-vs-buy guidance — some you will want us to build, some you can stand up yourself.

  • Recommended Sprint design — if you upgrade, exactly what we would ship and in what order.

  • More detailed estimate of ongoing costs for technical hosting and features based on the mapped-out build.

  • Risk callouts — data privacy, team adoption, fit. The honest version.

  • A 60-minute strategy recommendations call to review the assessment and discuss next steps.

How the buy path works

  • You buy the Assessment — $999 after the fit call.

  • You fill out a 15-minute intake — revenue range, team size, current outside spend, and what is burning the most senior-team time. You also send your last three months of software invoices.

  • We do the call. 30 minutes. One scheduled follow-up window if needed.

  • You get the written report within 7 business days of the call, presented at the 60 minute Strategy Session.

  • Commit to the Sprint within 60 days and the full $999 credits toward the Sprint development fee.

The guarantee, in writing

The Assessment carries a money-back guarantee, the one money-back promise MSA makes. It is on what the report identifies, not on results you have to go achieve, so it is met the day the report lands in your hands.

This Assessment guarantees the written report will identify at least 10 hours per week of reclaimable time, or $2,000 per month in quantified savings, itemized by role with the assumptions shown. If it does not, the $999 is refunded in full on request within 14 days of delivery.

Why we can promise it: the intake confirms the hours and dollars are there before we book, so this is a guarantee made after I have seen the money, not a coin flip. And it is the honest half of a pair, the Assessment guarantees the plan finds the time; the 90-Day Sprint guarantees the build hands it back.

About the 60-day credit

Plain math: $999 paid at checkout. Commit to the Sprint within 60 days of receiving your written report and the full $999 credits toward the Sprint development fee. Net cost of the Assessment in that case: $0.

Why 60 days: long enough to read the report, talk to a partner or CFO, look at your next budget cycle, and commit on real footing. Short enough that the analysis is still fresh and the momentum is still there.

The credit applies to the Sprint development fee, not the ~$90/month for the core platform tech stack fees. It does not stack with the Speed2Lead Standalone credit, you pick one upgrade path.

Common Questions

What if I read the report and do not want to do anything?

Then you keep the report and the plan. If it did not show you at least 10 hours a week worth reclaiming, you pay nothing, that is the guarantee. If it did, you spent $999 to know exactly where AI fits and what it would save, cheaper than three months of an underused agency retainer. No upsell pressure.

Will you build anything during the Assessment?

No. The Assessment is analysis, not build work. If you want a first AI Employee shipped before committing to the full Sprint, buy Speed2Lead instead, same 100% credit, same 60-day window, and you walk away with a working AI Employee.

Can the credit apply to Speed2Lead or the Smart CRM?

No. The $999 credits toward the Sprint only. If you are fairly sure you only need a single AI Employee right now, skip the Assessment and go straight to Speed2Lead.
